You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item(s) must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging intact and labels attached. Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations. You may be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label and a restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The return label fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Custom-made wigs and pre-made collection wigs are final sale and non-refundable. Digital gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@hairnationltd.co.uk to inquire about a replacement or refund. We may require you to return the faulty item for inspection.

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
