Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations. All personalised items and custom-made item sales are final, and not eligible for return. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item(s) must be unused, unopened, in their original condition including uncut lace systems, and returned with all packaging intact and labels attached.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; at which time, your refund will be processed and the applicable amount will be refunded as store credit. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The return label (if applicable) fee and restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. All personalised items, custom-made items, and digital gift cards sales are final, and not eligible for return.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact or email info@hairnationltd.co.uk to inquire about a replacement or refund. We will require you to return the faulty item for inspection.
